When you visit the website
There is no registration, customer account or booking form. Fonts, images and icons are served by this website.
Cloudflare processes technical request data to deliver and protect the website, including your IP address, time, requested address and browser information. This is separate from the vehicle information you send us.
Server statistics may show aggregate traffic data. Our pages do not use an analytics script, advertising pixels or individual advertising profiles.
When you contact us
When you call or message us, we receive the phone number, name or profile name, vehicle details, problem description and preferred appointment time you provide. Photos and videos you send also form part of your enquiry.
Send only information needed for your enquiry. Photos of identity documents or bank cards are not needed.
We use the data to reply, prepare a quote, arrange an appointment and carry out the agreed work.
Legal bases for processing
Service enquiries and repairs are processed to take steps at your request before a contract and to perform that contract under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.
Documents required by law are processed to meet legal obligations under point (c). Technical security and the defence of legal claims rely on legitimate interests under point (f).
Providing enquiry data is voluntary. Without the necessary information, we may be unable to quote or arrange the service. We do not make automated decisions that have legal effects on you.
Providers and external services
Cloudflare helps deliver and protect the website. We do not sell personal data. Providers needed to deliver the service and competent authorities may receive access where required by law.
WhatsApp, Viber, Facebook and Google open only when you select their links. Their terms and privacy rules apply after you leave the website. Messaging providers also process messages sent through their services.
These providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Their policies describe the applicable international transfer mechanisms and safeguards. You can request information about processing by us using the contact details above.
How long data is kept
Enquiries are retained while needed to respond, provide the agreed service and deal with related follow-up questions. If there is a dispute, retention depends on its resolution and applicable periods for legal claims.
Documents with statutory retention periods are kept for those periods. Once the basis for retention ends, data is deleted or anonymised. Retention of technical records and data in external services depends on the service, settings and provider obligations.
Your rights
Subject to the applicable conditions, you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing or data portability. You can object to processing based on legitimate interests.
